  1. Returns Policy

    We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you're not satisfied with your order, you can return it according to our returns policy.


    Sizing Advice & Fit Guarantee: We offer comprehensive sizing information, including detailed size charts, fit advice, and customer reviews to help you choose the right size. Our customer service team is ready to provide personalized sizing advice.

    Multiple Size Limit: A maximum of one size per product variant can be ordered per order. If multiple sizes of the same product are ordered, we reserve the right to cancel the order or contact you for a final size selection.

    Return Policy

    • Returns remain possible within 14 days.
    • Return costs and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
    • Customers who repeatedly return products may have restrictions placed on future orders.

  2. Alternatives in case of doubt

    • We offer a free exchange service for a different size, so customers don't have to order multiple sizes in advance.
    • If a product does not fit, customers can use a size voucher to place a new order.
    • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or is defective.

  3. Exceptions Some products cannot be returned, such as:

    • Custom made or personalized products.
    • Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (such as underwear, swimwear, or cosmetics whose seal has been broken).

      Please note: Sold-out items cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are sold as-is and are not eligible for refunds.
